I ordered two stools back in March 2021 and was informed by email that they would be delivered within 10-14 days.
I then received an email to say there was a delay and they would be with me at the end of May.
I contacted the company in June to say they still had not arrive and they apologised and offered me either a full refund or a 10% refund if I wished to wait for the stools. I chose the 10% refund and wait for the order to arrive.
To date I have not received the 10% refund nor the stools. The company have gone very quiet and have not replied to my email.
Customer support was good to begin but sadly I feel very doubtful that I will ever see the stools nor indeed receive a refund but we live in hope!
