Contacted customer service on Monday to see if the product I wanted would be able to be delivered by the weekend. Very speedy and polite response assuring me that if I ordered that day it would be here in plenty of time. Placed the order in the evening and the stool was delivered on Wednesday, lovely item we are very pleased with it.
