So disappointing. They don’t despatch quickly, they take days to even confirm the item (that you have bought and paid for) is in stock, and then when it isn’t they take ages again. The customer services consists of one empathy-bereft person, and I have real concerns that if my chairs don’t stand the test of time I will get, again, no real level of attention or service.
I bought the items for a specific event at home, and it was weeks before resolved.
Avoid.
