Everything about my purchase went very well - from the no delivery charge to receiving the items! Had a minor issue (my end, not theirs) at time of purchase so contacted customer support. Issue dealt with satisfactorily and promptly - not the usual 2 or 3 days that you wait with other companies. Items i bought arrived undamaged and sooner than i thought they would, so that was a great surprise!
