Beware....... the 14-day return window, - and there's no flexibility.
So many retailers have a 28-day return window, and even those are extending deadlines , in the current circumstances, but not this one. So we overlooked this - yes, our mistake, but I don't feel this is real customer service. The thing is, it won't make me want to buy again or recommend. Is that what business wants?
