I am more than pleased with the quality of the product, the rapidity of delivery, as well as the after sales assistance. I was thinking to return the product - Wicker Dog Bed, because my doggy couldn't adapt to her new bed the first day . I have contacted Only Home to enquire about the returns policy. They've responded quickly. I was all set up to send the product back, but in the meantime, my doggy managed to finally accept the bed, so didn't have to do it. However and to my pleasant surprise, Only home after sales contacted me again after couple of days to ask how am I managing the return process.
