Fabulous. At times the best measure of a company is when the product does not meet expectations. The quality of the product was great, but I hoped for a different style. This, at other companies would be met with disappointment or even disagreement since the web site was clear. At ONNO in contrast, I experienced understanding and a quick refund. I will give forward and donate to our local Habitat for Humanity chapter in an equal dollar amount.
