I recently bought an ONNO T-Shirt. It was lovely with wonderfully soft material, but it was a bit small on me and clung to my body—which was not a good look on me. It was the largest size they offered, so I contacted them about returning it. Here is what they instructed me to do: “ If you wouldn't mind donating the shirt to someone who could use it in these difficult times, it would mean a lot.” That is exactly what I did, contributing it to a local service organization. I was amazed at ONNO’s response, and it made me want to buy again from ONNO. In these times of corporate greed, what a refreshing policy.
