10 stars is more like it. Their shirts are very well made and have a classy look. For me, the hemp option fits beautifully. But, the absolutely outstanding feature of this company is their customer service. I ordered some bamboo shirts and although they looked great, they were a little too snug for my body type. The very day I emailed ONNO, they sent out 2 more shirts of a larger size. I guess I'm not made for bamboo, because although the feel is wonderful, neither size worked out. When I let them know, they exchanged those shirts for more hemp shirts--no questions asked and an immediate shipment. ONNO's commitment to our earth and the people on it is beyond exemplary. This is a company to trust and invest in. Their treatment of me reinforced my faith in human kindness.
