This is a great company who really cares about their customer satisfaction. The Bamboo material is premium quality. I ordered a medium and a large t-shirt to determine the best fit for me. The medium was a little tight around my stomach and the large was too loose for my liking. I'm 5'-10" and 175lbs with a muffin top. The medium looks better around the shoulders and arms for an athletic fit, just have to stretch out the midsection after a wash/dry cycle, or try to loose the muffin top :-).
