I had ordered two shirts in different sizes to see what was going to work for me. I was a little surprised that there wasn't just some bit of the web site to automatically request a return mailing label for the return I wanted to do, but instead an email address to contact and explain the situation. Once I did, I found the response very helpful, and though the did end up talking me into exchanging the too-large shirt for an additional one in a different color and the correct size, they also told me to keep or donate the shirt in the incorrect size. It was a good experience.
