I requested a smaller size (story below) and the next email I received was a shipping notification and a super friendly response email letting me know my request was on the way! Story: I bought two shirts to test them out (the bamboo shirts are extremely comfy - perfect for my new work from home life). I'm 5'11" and purchased a large, not knowing if / how much they would shrink. While comfy, they were a bit big and I wasn't wearing them. So I wrote an email to Onno at 3am MT, with a response not more than two hours later! Could not be happier to invest in a quality piece of clothing that is sustainably sourced by a very attentive company.
