The training content was flexible and the trainer was knowledgeable and was able to enter into discussions of the specifics of manual handling in our business.
The trainer was a little lacking in enthusiasm, but it was the first week after Christmas.
The training certificates have been very delayed though, despite several requests so cannot rate them higher than 3 at this time.
