He made sure that we understood and went through everything that we wanted him too.

“We were very happy with our bespoke manual Handling training. Our guys on the factory really enjoyed the fact that the training was Tailor Made to how they use manual Handling every day.”
“Do not book the bespoke courses as they are not worth the paper they are written on. Poor training despite good instruction to staff regarding our booking. We booked a bespoke Moving and Handling People session which cost our charity a lot of money and yet all we got was Moving and Handling boxes and equipment. Only difference to their advertised moving and handling course was our hoist use which is not a standard hoist hence request for bespoke element for that which we confirmed would show the trainer on the day. No other transfer equipment or moving people explored and our staff ended up taking over. Response from company "you should have let us know we would have got someone else to come to you to train on the day" Not quite sure how they expect that to happen when we didn't know it would be a problem until it happened and had been months in the planning and a limited time available to undertake the training in!
Definitely would not recommend as they do not deliver what you request and as already mentioned not value for money either.”
“Great content, and great trainers. Our trainer turned what is essential a very repetitive course, it to a fun experienced. Engaged the team with stories of their experience in the industry and invariably was supportive professional and friendly throughout.
Health and safety courses are rarely fun due to content however we very much enjoyed the Manual Handling course we did.”

“The manual handling training was good and informative and has helped to change the way staff think when lifting heavy loads. There was slightly too much video-based learning and we would have benefited more from practical. However, our trainer was helpful with all questions and gave a thorough look around the office and gave useful advice on how to manage lifting in all areas of the office.”
“Courses booked quickly and easily, the dates were changed by OMH after booking.
The courses were informative and Keir was an excellent trainer. He explained things thoroughly and helped out if someone had further questions or queries.
The certificates came quickly and were also emailed over.
The only gripe is how many times we were contacted about payment. The invoice had 14 day terms which we stuck to but we were called and emailed many times within the 14 days to ask about payment.”

The trainer was a little lacking in enthusiasm, but it was the first week after Christmas.
The training certificates have been very delayed though, despite several requests so cannot rate them higher than 3 at this time.”
