Whilst i believe that the candidates had a positive experience, we did have one candidate fail the test at the end. However, as a company, we would like to address where this shortfall came but have not had any specific feedback to allow us to do this. After several emails through a 3rd party we have ascertained that they failed by 1 mark. We believe that there may be some extenuating circumstances for this and need to understand better, directly from the trainer, what his thoughts were on the day
