Courses booked quickly and easily, the dates were changed by OMH after booking.
The courses were informative and Keir was an excellent trainer. He explained things thoroughly and helped out if someone had further questions or queries.
The certificates came quickly and were also emailed over.
The only gripe is how many times we were contacted about payment. The invoice had 14 day terms which we stuck to but we were called and emailed many times within the 14 days to ask about payment.
