The manual handling training was good and informative and has helped to change the way staff think when lifting heavy loads. There was slightly too much video-based learning and we would have benefited more from practical. However, our trainer was helpful with all questions and gave a thorough look around the office and gave useful advice on how to manage lifting in all areas of the office.
