The worst experience with this company.
I placed an order on Nike.com, which was shipped through the OnTrac delivery company. They have no proof that my order was delivered—no photo, no signed delivery confirmation, nothing. During the conversation with customer support, after I asked for any kind of proof, the agent (Lyn) told me they had nothing and then left the chat.
