It has been a few years since I used the services at OOROO. I had a 2012 Ram 2500 cummins and then bought a new 2019 Ram a couple of years ago. So, I'm back and the service is as good if not better than before. I appreciate the friendly feeling I get when in the office and how I'm told the costs of the service upfront. I have never been "upsold" at any time past or present. Honesty and integrity is what you get here.
