Needed a new battery. Ooroo offered their mobile service. Zach was great. First, he tested the battery to make sure I actually did need a new one before changing it out. Then he tested the system and showed me the results. He volunteered other information that set my mind at ease. Ooroo has always taken good care of me and my car.
