The morning began with a dead battery. I called Ooroo and was given the number of the mobile unit. Everyone was friendly and kind. I was told that someone could be there as early as 11 or as late as 2:00.
George Rude arrived around 11:00. He was polite, friendly and efficient. In 20 minutes the new battery was in place and I was good to go! This was my first experience with Ooroos mobile unit, and I was very pleased. I am grateful they were available and would call them again in the future.
