I was due for an oil and filter change only 5k miles after a major service last March. Everything went great at Ooroo in Green Valley until the next day when I pulled my car out of the garage to find fresh oil wet spots on my floor. I took the car back and was told the filter was leaking. They fixed it right away with no problems since. We need component honest service in Green Valley so while concerned, I was happy with the resolution.
