I was due for an oil and filter change only 5k miles after a major service last March. Everything went great at Ooroo in Green Valley until the next day when I pulled my car out of the garage to find fresh oil wet spots on my floor. I took the car back and was told the filter was leaking. They fixed it right away with no problems since.
