I tried the mobile service for first time and it went great! George arrived as scheduled and got the work done in efficient manner. He found that my battery was ready for replacement and asked if it was under warranty with no pressure to buy a new one. We've always been satisfied with Ooroo and are happy that the customer service levels with mobile service are just as high as at the shop. Thanks for your help today, George and Frank!
