This was our first time using Ooroo after reading many stellar reviews online. In order to get the date I wanted, I made an appointment two weeks in advance for a mobile technician to do an oil change on our car. George showed up on the date and time as expected. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure. He recommended both the air and cabin filters be changed, and showed us how dirty they were. He also recommended a decarbonization of the engine as a preventative measure. I was not familiar with this and chose to pass on it, but have since done some research and will probably have it done at a later time to ensure optimum performance. After George left, we drove the car a short distance and noticed that a couple of warning lights came on on the dashboard regarding service. We called the shop and they sent George back out immediately. Turns out, the warning lights were tripped when the filter was removed and just needed to be reset. Both George and the manager apologized for the inconvenience. In researching their prices, I found them to be quite fair compared to the national averages, and the convenience of having it done at our house was a big plus, and no extra charge for it either! All in all, we were very pleased with our experience with Ooroo and will likely use them again in the future.
