My recent visit to Ooroo in Green Valley was another example of the exemplary service that is part of their client centric culture. The work being performed on my Chrysler Town & Country involved a warranty company and there were numerous delays before receiving approval to proceed with the repairs. Throughout the process, John was a patient, persistent and effective advocate on my behalf. Once the approval was received, the management and technicians went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were completed in a timely manner. The end result was a smooth running vehicle and, once again, a very satisfied client.
