I spoke to Frank to set up my appointment with Ooroo and he was very professional and confirmed everything was in order for me as this was my first time using Ooroo. Today Logan came out to do an oil change on my car. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I was very impressed at the service I received. I had a rattle I've heard and have been to multiple auto shops that told me everything was "ok". I still talked to Logan about it and he found out what the issue was. My motor mounts needed to be replaced. No other mechanic noticed and always said everything was fine. I definitely will be back and will be recommending Ooroo to others.
