I would never allow OoRoo to service any of my vehicles ever again. The Queen Creek store was dishonest, and did their best to wiggle out of providing a warranty on the work that they botched, they also did not perform the vehicle inspection as promised on their website, which left us stranded on the side of the road within 120 miles of picking up our vehicle. The leak that they were supposed to repair is worse than it was prior to their work.
I now have to find an affiliate shop in another state to have the warranty repairs made.
