Request to replace my battery was made early on 1/2/24. Confirmation of the order was received by email and arrival of Mobile Truck was scheduled for approx. 2:00PM. The Mobile Truck called approximately 30 minutes before scheduled time and arrived at the time given. The two Technicians were very courteous, friendly and went right to work. They tested the old battery and explained the readings and gave me a printout copy. After installing the new battery they checked all operating connections, etc. I was very impressed with their knowledge and expediency in completing the job. Above all they were very courteous and compassionate to my problem. There names were: George and Fin. I was very impressed in the organized way my order was attended to.
