Just got back from OOROO. I want to retract what I said negatively about OOROO. Eddie, John, and technician David went above and beyond to fix a problem that surfaced from a simple oil change and took full responsibility without pointing fingers. Ordered what they needed promptly, got the part, called me immediately to come in without scheduling and quickly installed the part no charge. Next time, before writing a negative review I need to contact the mgr first to see what they can do and go from there. End result? Very happy customer. Will be back.
