Brought my 2011 Impala in for routine oil change. I had seen the email about the free wiper blades. I indicated I wanted them. I guess I didnt understand clearly was that was only if you were a happy car club member.I suppose Jonathan thought i was already enrolled and never questioned me. I was stunned to find out I was charged $60.00 for the new wipers.Very surprising and am quite unhappy about that. I could have gotten a set at O'Reilly's and my my wallet would be fuller. Your staff needs to inform customers. I thought you were just being nice.
