I've been getting my car serviced here a number of times over the past 2 years. I've always felt that they were giving me good service and honest advice. This week was the first time that they recommended additional work--brake service in this case--which didn't surprise me . So they're obviously not trying to upsell me. I've come to trust them, which is important to me, as I certainly don't know much about modern auto technology. And the prices, while not cheap, are in line with current costs.
