Logan of OOROO arrived almost two hours earlier than promised to replace my dead AGM car battery. Logan was pleasant, polite, efficient and informative. He replaced the battery quickly. Logan even showed me a useful hack to start the car if the key fob battery is dead. I wouldn't hesitate to call OOROO again. 5 STARS
