The oil and filter change was fine. The free tire rotation was a bonus. I liked the process of tightening the wheel lugs by hand with a torque wrench. This was followed by a 5 mile drive and a second round of tightening with a torque wrench. The technician and the office staff were focused on their work and the customer. I'll be back with my other vehicle.
