George arrived right on time as scheduled. He checked my car battery and determined that in fact it was "dead". Out with the old battery and in with the new! George took my payment and it was 20 minutes from start to finish. He was so friendly and I felt very confident in his abilities throughout the entire process. Kudos also to Frank, the scheduler, everything was perfect!!! Have shared my experience to a lot of my coworkers!
