I have worked with OOROO in Green Valley for several years, and each time had a great experience with their commuication, price, and the quality of the service or repair. As a woman with very little knowledge of cars, I feel strongly that I can trust their assessment of my car's needs and their charges. A day ago, three issues were found with hefty pricetags for repair. Eddy went over each repair in detail, why it was necessary ( with photos to go over all along the way), and a timeline (what to do now, what could wait, and for how long). Two issues, brake and tire replacement, both of which I was expecting, turned out not to be necessary. We worked out a schedule for parts ordering and service that was easy for me to accommodate. How could one ask for anything more from a repair shop? So grateful, and I'm passing along my highest endorsement.
