very friendly, competent service with great door to door van transportation to and from one's house if needed.
One major issue is not having the option of making a specific appointment time for an oil change. The only option offered by OOROO is to leave the car for the entire day which has meant in the past of not being able to get the car back until closing time at 5:30, not a very good solution for many of us.
