I had a great experience with OOROO today! My car battery had died to the point where I needed an new battery, but my car was in my parking spot at an apartment complex. I spoke with Frank who immediately set up an appointment for mobile service for me. Andre was there promptly, prepared with a new battery. Andre was clearly adept and knowledgeable (I didn't even know my battery was in the trunk) and my new battery was installed just like that! Frank provided excellent and timely updates. Excellent service - I highly recommend.
