The mobile service guys came out last week to diagnose & fix the problem on our car. (I can't remember names for sure (sorry), but think it was George & Phil.) Both were friendly, competent, easy to deal with. Explained what they were doing and why. Decided it was a totally dead & non-operative battery, so I had to replace it--or just let the car sit!. They also tested the alternator to be sure it was functioning correctly. No complaints--other than about the old battery. They arrived on time & did their work within a reasonable period--although they didn't rush and took time to answer my questions.
