Work was done as requested so thank you for that. However,we picked up the car 30 minutes after John called to say it was ready. It had been sitting in the sun a couple of hours when I got in it. An earlier call, if possible, would have avoided this. And yes, I understand there are a lot of cars going in and out in the PM and delays are sometimes unavoidable.
You really need a more updated service center to match your quality service.
