Ooroo was able to complete my service on the afternoon I delivered the car, even though originally it was to be kept overnight and done the next day. In addition, since the waiting room was on the cool side (and I was the only one there, so no one else would be affected), Frank and Eddie very nicely indulged me by turning off the overhead fan.
