It took me a total of 2 months to be able to do the actual course I signed up for because their website wasn't working and learner services didn't bother trying to help after multiple emails and phone calls. They refused to refund it due to their 'policy' even though I had only had access to the course for 12 hours, and to top it off, the Ohana website doesn't even work properly. would not recommend to anyone, huge money-making scam.
