I used Opendoor to sell my fairly run down condo. The process was super easy (the hardest part was uploading the pictures and that wasn't hard at all), my questions were answered promptly, the personnel I dealt with were courteous (everything was accomplished remotely) and, best of all, I received more money for the property than I expected and within 3 weeks of beginning the process.
