Dan Burkhart from Opendoor sent a reply with an estimate of what they were paying for our model home and asked if we were still interested. We replied that yes we were, and he explained that there would be a video walkthrough and after that a no contact external inspection. After he arranged those, and those were completed, the external inspector put a lock box on our patio table and called me to inform me that if we accepted their final offer when it arrived, we should put our key in the lock box when we vacated the house for the last time, and if we did not accept the offer, to keep the lock box. We accepted the offer which we felt was very fair, and that is how easy it was to sell the house to Opendoor with Dan Burkharts help. We have, and will continue to recommend Opendoor to people who are looking to sell and relocate.
