Austin Mays was the representative that assisted us through the whole process professionally and exemplary. When I had any questions he was able to answer them all. He was very patient even towards the end when we weren’t able to be out of the house on the set date. We were stressed out because of this, but offered us 2 free days to stay before the final move that we had to reschedule.
