Using Opendoor was the smoothest and easiest experience I have ever had with selling a home, and I have sold 5 homes prior to this one. Their offer was very competitive and actually higher than any other offer I received. I was able to take 2 1/2 months to close giving me plenty of time to pack and look for a new home, didn't have to paint, repair, stage, or keep clean for showings.
I will check with Opendoor first before ever thinking of listing another property on the open market. I highly recommend Opendoor to anyone selling their home!
