Fast, fair, and convenient with a lot of consideration for the seller even as the buyer. Worked with me even though my home was mid-remodel and looked a lot worse than it really was which would have probably meant I would have had to sell for lower or just stay where I was. I'm very glad they came with a fair offer that I was happy to accept and move out to a new place where my wife and I are much happier.
