The mobile notary showed up on the closing date and we signed the papers and I'm not kidding you that I had my money in my account not even 2 hours later. Here are all the words I would use to describe the selling process: easy, simple, piece of cake, transparent. I spent less time overall selling my house, start to finish, than I did in the financing office when I bought my last car.
