The process is very simplistic and hassle free. I was very skeptical at first and honestly throughout the process but my client advisor kept me updated and answered every question thoroughly and quickly. I did not have to list my home and have dozens of strangers walking through at unexpected times during the day and with a small child in the home, that made it even better. We are currently renting the home we sold back from Opendoor while we are preparing to close on our new home. Another GREAT perk they offer. We could not be happier with this experience.
