This was a mixed experience. I was very happy with the price they offered and the ease of not having to stage and do showings during the pandemic. That was the reason we went with Opendoor versus a realtor even in this hot market. The frustrations were the lack of responsiveness from our Opendoor agent and the title/escrow company North American Title. Opendoor was unaware of a mandatory city inspection that pushed our close date back by two weeks. Also the week of close it was near impossible to get a hold of our Opendoor agent. I had to call and email the title company 3 times to get a final deed and statement. Thankfully the proceeds came in on time and accurately.
