The loan application, pre-qualification, and offer processes were fast and easy to complete. I really appreciate the ability to complete everything on my own and a pressure-free process. Also, I like that I could look at the property on my own without being dependent on someone else's schedule and availability. However, I think the communication process between all parties needs some improvement, especially with the transaction progress and needed documents.
